The Armor SX5000 WB is a PRO-Grade water-based penetrating water-repellent sealer. The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. My driveway has now gone through two winters and the sealant is still somewhat effective, but I think I will need to coat it again this fall.. Bryan. Halifax, NS. Thu Mar 26 2026

I’ve tried all the modes and buttons all the different washes and I can honestly say this is a great dishwasher.. but it’s not perfect. Let’s start with my I love.. it’s quiet.. it’s powerful.. a one hour wash is in most cases sufficient and I love that it opens at the end of the wash, so the steam comes out and the dishes dry nicely. What I don’t like is the interior organization and the way door closes. The interior racks are not spaced out properly for maximum loading. It’s just like the BioBidet 2000 where it pretty much has to have line of sight to the receiver whereas the 1400 you could hold it anywhere in your hand and all the buttons worked. Not so with the T44 remote. Also, the remote is very thin compared to the 1400 and the button(s) layout is weird in my opinion. Would give 5 stars if not for the line of sight issue. Gary K..
