Unit is defective from manufacturer. Contractor installed and the hood will not raise up. I know electrical controls pretty well and after doing some troubleshooting the button to raise the hood gets no power from the board and the fuse is in good condition. Hope it gets fixed quickly.. We LOVE the new range hood! We went from an old fashioned white slanted range hood with the buttons on front to this which is so sleek. After installed you hardly even see it there with the controls all hidden underneath the cabinets! The fan has four speeds all are so quiet!
