Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Once upon I time I could sharpen my knifes to razor sharpness by hand. Decades later my hands are no longer steady enough to do that. I spent 10 minutes reading the instructions and then ten minutes getting two 8" knives sharper than I could do it by hand. After using it a few more times I'll be able to get a knife sharp in under a minute. Seriously, I think I'll be able to sharpen a knife as fast as a professional chef does with one of their sharpening rods. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
