This LG portable AC has honestly been a lifesaver during the heat. It cools my room quickly, keeps the temperature comfortable for hours, and runs much quieter than I expected. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. Dryer is large capacity which I love. It does take about 8-10 loads of drying before it heats to capacity when brand new. After this many loads, the dryer does heat properly so don’t be alarmed when you first use your dryer if it doesn’t get hot enough. Cons: it doesn’t have a light in the dryer so difficult to see as you are pulling out clothes. Also, the dryer vent screen is a newer design with two sides. Problem is the plastic square holes at the top hold lint even if it is not full. So as you pull multiple clothes out after a cycle, some may drag across the top plastic piece and now you have lint balls on your clothing. Fix these two problems and it will be a 5/5 dryer.. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower.
