Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I don't love the air fry feature, I still use a different one. I bought a newer version of this range than a friend had and recommended and am so glad I did. Temperatures are much easier to contribute than my previous range, and everything I've made in the oven has come out perfectly. If I had to improve anything, it would be two things, I would appreciate dials that were easier to read. The writing on them is small and not hard to see in low light. The other thing is the indicator bell when the oven reaches temperature is faint and it's not as obvious to read when the temperature is reached. But otherwise I love everything about it! I had heard some complaints about the top scratching, but I have not had any problems with that. It still looks perfect after it's cleaned. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase!. Kargo. I love my convection oven. It cooks so quickly that it's a joy. While I did have to recycle some of my pots, the majority work on the new oven. I would highly recommend this purchase. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. It has a super sleek modern look! I’ve got a ton of compliments on it. Heats up quick cooks food evenly. Digital buttons are easy to use, although sometimes they go off when wipingcleaning the display panel but that’s to be expected but u can push the lock button beforehand. Temperature is accurate. • Advice (as one does with any new range): Compare oven temp with separate oven thermometer • Audio alert such as the moment when the oven has reached the preheat temp and when bake time is reached, is faint compared to other ovens I have used. Please amplify the alert or allow the user to set the volume on alerts. Some folks may be harder of hearing than others. • Storage drawer is large enough to store unused oven racks as well as (separately acquired) broiler pans. • Warming center (a great feature) on cooktop passed the melted butter test (i.e. keeping butter in melted but not over-heated state) • Instead of two large burners in the front, the cooktop would be much more useful if one of the burners in the front could allow the user to select either a larger burner circumference or a smaller one. Sometimes, a smaller burner is the only one needed. (Tea for two, for example.) • Oven door projects into the room a bit more than I expected, but is not obtrusive for my galley kitchen. • The oven shuts off when the timer reaches the set time. This is my first ever stove top purchase because the ones I've gotten when I've bought a house have been durable. I don't do a lot of cooking so I can't speak to how well it does when cooking x number of meals a day, week, month etc but I can say that I love this stove. I do not cook nearly as much as I did when my husband was alive as a lot of food goes to waste. Things to file under "silly" - If I turn the stove on, chances are I'm in the kitchen so not sure why I "need" the notification on my phone that the stove has come up to temperature.. Stopbuggingme. There are three speeds to the fan and we use the highest the most. Will caution that my contractor was surprised the opening to duct out was higher than he anticipated; mentioning this for anyone doing a remodel to ensure their contractor understands this before closing up walls in case any framing needs to be adjusted.
