This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. The one annoying thing is you have to click on two buttons before it starts and it took me 30 minutes to fully figure that out - this is a safety feature so I get it but it is a bit annoying so it gets 4 stars!.
