Absolutely terrible support! Fully charged battery lasts less than 5 minutes on first day of use. Used voltmeter after fully charging to verify battery was failed. Contacted support for replacement battery. I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 months. They finally agreed to send a new battery. I STILL have not received the replacement battery despite multiple follow ups on status. I purchased and installed my own battery and runs great. I have to give this 5 stars to be fair, as I have not been able to set it up since the delivery. The issue is that the space we allotted for it will not work. Therefore some adjustments need to be made in order to use it. Hence the delay in reviewing it. I hope to update the review directly on their site once it’s set up.
