It's a very complicated piece of equipment. Each joint on each leg has a button that you have to press in to adjust the joint. The good: It means that the joints will lock where you put them. The bad: If you are at all challenged in the coordination department or - like my mom - have arthritic hands, this is not going to work for you. The idea is great! The table part is really nice and sturdy and has a built-in lip to keep things from sliding off. But the execution is meant for someone a bit more... flexible. Too bad. I really wanted to love this..
