Exactly what I wanted. We have not started our bathroom remodel yet, but I could not pass this tub up. The sale price was extremely competitive and after doing some research on the company I was sold. The company is in Tennessee and make each tub to order. They were a great resource on a subject I knew little about. I have never had an indoor jetted tub. They answered all of my questions and also recommended modifications that I added to my order. The tub was delivered in about 4 weeks. We unboxed it and conducted a leak test according to company standards. It is perfect! The general contractor that I hired thought it was well built and great looking for a small, jetted tub. I hope to have years of enjoyment from the foot jets and back jets. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. This whirlpool tub is a great tub to replace a normal size tub if you want the luxury without adding space to a bathroom. It is very calming and relaxing. The jets aren't super strong, but they are enough to help muscles relax. My teenagers love using this after sports, and my husband and I enjoy it after work. Each of my family has said they think this was a good purchase. Having the heater helps a lot. Excellent pressure from the JETS and the colors when the lights are on are absolutely amazing. They rotate colors and fill the room with the colorful accents. Candlelight makes the experience even more perfect. The armrests are perfectly poised for relaxation while you’re body pain pains are relieved. It was lightweight and the installers were able to get it set up fairly quickly. We believe it has added value to our home because it transformed that bathroom into a beautiful space. Absolutely unacceptable quality. The only reason why I didn’t return it’s because i built the bathroom with this item in mind. One side of the frame has to be built after moving tub in place because pump and blower frame sticks out a bit over the tub lips. Tub frame is cheap 1 by 1” tubing held in place with some cheap self tapping screws from hardware store, they didn’t even bother to use one kind of screws. When tested it, the pump switch didn’t work, had to buy another one. Spot welds what can i say, i can do e better job and I am not even a welder. This looks like was made in someone’s garage. Instruction manual looks like someone just typed it in Word and printed it on a home printer. Front cover is supposed to stay in place with 4 magnets, it slides down since magnets aren’t strong enough to keep the cover in place, at least could have used neodymium magnets How can you possibly sell such a product for $2600 and feel proud about your Family Owned Business of 30+ years. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. Not having to my bottom anymore and having it cleaned for me is a game changer. The night light is great so I dont have to blind myself with the vanity light.
