This product is superior in design and would have been a five star rating...except for the temperature handle. The handle is cheap plastic that snaps on and wobbles around due to a loose fitting design. I replaced the temperature handle with the RP62959SS which is metal and is secured with a screw for a nice tight fit. Shame on Delta for making such a poor design decision. It’s a gorgeous toilet that has all the features you could ever want! It’s a little shorter than the chair height models so keep that in mind. I had an issue with getting it installed though (not the fault of the toilet!). First thing is that you need to have a dedicated power outlet which we had installed. But we can’t install it without moving the water shut off valve. The back of the toilet’s opening doesn’t match up with the placement of my water line so it’s going to take longer to get it installed and a lot more complicated.
