[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last dishwasher was also a Bosch, installed over 15 years ago. I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! This is the second home I have installed Kohler Riverby sink in because I love it so much! I have had the 30" version of it in my house since 2016 and it still looks like new! Keeping the included rack in the sink keeps it from getting scratched or marked. I needed a smaller sink for a small condominium I own, so I purchased the same sink in this 25" version. Having the drain offset away from the center makes it much easier to place and rinse dishes without spoons or forks dropping straight down into the drain, so I have never had that issue. It is beautiful, sturdy and the best part is how it slightly slopes downward toward the drain, making rinsing and cleaning it much more efficient. This sink is a perfect size for a medium size kitchen or office sink. It was delivered very fast. Has not been installed yet, but it does come with the kitchen sink drain assembly. This is a great sink ,when every inch counts in tight space. The drain is towards the back, witch you can actually put garbage can in underneath the sink. Most sink drain are in the middle ,which does not leave a lot of space for much. this is excellent in a small kitchen that every inch counts . I am beyond satisfied with the sink and I think anybody that purchase this sink will be Extremely happy with this product. Believe it or not it fits in a 24 inch wide cabinet.
