This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. My first time booking something like this up and it took about one hour. Used youtube to help put it together. It’s very heavy so I recommend using a bucket to hold it up. Wayfair delivered the wrong item at first but then sent me the correct one without a hassle. I know I can always count on Wayfair to make it right! I got the Bluetooth and WiFi one. I love it, I don’t have to worry about keys or trying to remember if the door is locked. Also, through the app, it tells me when the door opens, closes, remains open, and who opened it. Not super hard to set up, but the instructions aren’t that clear either. The lock was the easiest. The handle, a little harder because I needed to add an extra hole to the door (Using a drill).
