Well Packaged! Material is soft. Black sisal rope doesn’t seem to be able to fray like traditional sisal rope. We’ll see how long it takes for the cats to tear it up. Condo walls are ribbed and let a little light through, which is nice. Tower feels solid, well built. Screw in connections are solid as well. Tightening these screws down as much as possible (by hand), helps to ensure nothing wiggles. Retightened everything once it was fully assembled, just to be sure it’s sturdy. Our cat loves to throw herself at off of towers with such ferocity, they have to be stable. This one is definitely that. Pushing screws through the fabric holes 1st, made it a little bit easier to make the connections. We didn’t assemble the top bed, as this would have put our curious kitty a bit too close to her nemesis… The ceiling fan. It’s about 5 feet tall without the top bed.
