we really needed to replace our 17 year old dishes so i was happy to see these available in the tried and true offering. I was looking for a modern shape and these definitely fit the bill. i took a chance on the cream and crossed my fingers that they wouldn't be too yellow. They are a very nice bone/eggshell color which did not disappoint. They aren't as heavy as i would like so I'm not sure how they will hold up for the long term. This life-size cardboard standup is exactly the size and proportion our decorating committee wanted. It is going to be the centerpiece of our upcoming fundraiser "A Day At The Races." Unfortunately I misread the description. I thought this was going to be 2-sided, but it's not, it's only 1-sided. So we purchased a 2nd one and will put them back-to-back. The other thing that didn't quite suit our needs is that it's flat, no pizzaz. Don't get me wrong, the trophy is exactly as pictured and a great piece.
