[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old built in oven served us well for 43 years but it decided to retire. After using something that long you developed usage styles that may have to change. To many models have features and buttons you don't want or need, so our search began. We decided on this model not because it is sparse in features but rather provides many options that are simple to use. I installed the oven myself, rather simple other than the old opening was larger than needed but it's easier to fill in rather the need to enlarge an opening in existing cabinets. The shelf layout is well designed, making it easy to organize groceries, large containers, and beverages without feeling cramped. The design is another standout feature. The clean, modern look fits perfectly in our kitchen, and the PrintProof stainless steel finish does a great job resisting fingerprints, making it easy to keep clean. Performance has also been excellent. The refrigerator cools quickly, maintains a consistent temperature, and operates very quietly. We hardly notice it's running. The ThinQ app is a nice bonus, allowing me to monitor the refrigerator remotely. The only adjustment was getting used to the internal water dispenser and ice maker. At first, I preferred an external dispenser, but after using it for a while, I actually appreciate the cleaner appearance and the extra storage space inside. Overall, this refrigerator offers an excellent combination of style, functionality, and performance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium counter-depth refrigerator with a surprisingly spacious interior. Lastly, the delivery servicemen were very professional. One thing that took some getting used to is the child-safety feature. You have to press the stop/cancel button before opening the door, which feels a little unusual at first. It's not a dealbreaker, just something I wasn't expecting. My only real issue is that it's larger than I pictured. That's completely on me for not paying closer attention to the dimensions before ordering, but it didn't fit the space quite as perfectly as I had hoped. Overall, though, it's a beautiful microwave that looks great, functions well, and matches the product photos accurately. If the size works for your space, I think you'll be very happy with it.. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit.
