For the price, this is a nice cat tree. It’s not overly heavy, so there’s a little wobble when my cat jumps up. However, I don’t feel in any way that it would tip! The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. She will curl up in it for hours and has since I took it out of the box. Her sister is terrified of the entire thing and avoids even being near it. I have no idea why. I picked it because it had 3 levels, and they are always together, but it has not appealed to her yet. Beautiful cat tree, and my cat has grown to love it! He’s 7yo and about 14 pounds. I had two concerns while purchasing 1) how hard would it be to put together and 2) how sturdy would it be. It was relatively easy to put together with well marked parts and photo instructions. It has a very wide square base so I’m not longer worried about it tipping however, when my cat gets to the very top basket and is moving around it appears to shake quite a bit - enough to make me a little nervous. All the parts are sturdy and after 2 months of having it, I can confirm that it hasn’t tipped at all. I love this cat tree.
