4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. The locksmith came to install the lock and we discovered that two of the four batteries that came with the unit were dead. I called Wayfair's great customer service folks, who are sending out four fresh batteries. Normally this would not be an issue but I have never seen these batteries before. They are CR 123A 3V lithium batteries. In researching these, the internet says the batteries should have a 10-year shelf life, I don't know why they would be dead. The lock seems sturdy and very well made. I have three other keypad locks that take AA batteries and I am constantly replacing them. When I get power on the lock I will update my review.. Brenda.
