I bought this for my birthday party spillover out on my deck in Oregon in October. It was rainy and cold! I did not have super high hopes, given all the tents and reviews I searched up. I'm happy to say that this 10x20 tent was great! Nothing ripped, bent or broke. It was a little difficult to put up, only because it's big and it takes a little strength to extend and pop all the legs in place. 4 people are really best to pull out the legs and extend the tent fully. The sides went up easy with Velcro attachments and looked really nice. We had propane fire pit going and everyone stayed dry and warm, even with a little bit of wind. Appears to be sturdy, putting up was pretty easy. I have used only 2 of the 3 panels. Using the screen panels. The only issue I have is with the windows rolled up the air flows well and the sides on the bottom want to come loose from the rods and the bottom wants to flap in the wind.
