I bought this for my birthday party spillover out on my deck in Oregon in October. It was rainy and cold! I did not have super high hopes, given all the tents and reviews I searched up. I'm happy to say that this 10x20 tent was great! Nothing ripped, bent or broke. It was a little difficult to put up, only because it's big and it takes a little strength to extend and pop all the legs in place. 4 people are really best to pull out the legs and extend the tent fully. The sides went up easy with Velcro attachments and looked really nice. We had propane fire pit going and everyone stayed dry and warm, even with a little bit of wind. Such a great price! I am using this file box to replace my old, too small and hard to use Greeting Card holder. This file is large enough to hold actual hanging file folders....so that I can keep my greeting cards easily separated...AND I CAN EASILY REMOVE THE PARTICULAR SET OF CARDS FOR THE SPECIFIC OCCASION. Now, I can remove, for example, the entire "Birthday" folder of cards and not have to flip through many other cards that are not for Birthdays. This is especially helpful now, at Christmas, because I can keep my addresses and other information in the same file folder.
