This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. It is brand new, and shiny things always seem to be the best at first. However, I have high hopes for this one. Electrolux is a reliable brand, and the price point was competitive for the functionality of the dryer. At first, the settings were intimidating. However, upon reading the manual, I enjoy doing that, I found it very easy to set the dryer the way I want to dry my clothes. My last dryer didn’t give you the option to select how dry you want your clothes to be, and I found I had to run the dryer multiple times to get the clothes dry. I am able to dry my delicate’s without shrinking them or running the dryer multiple times to get them dry. Yesterday, I washed my bedding and everything came out dry in one load! THAT is impressive as it took at least 2 to 3 cycles on my last dryer to get them even partially dry. Clothes don’t ball up like they did in my last dryer. The lint trap does an effective job of collecting the lint. I can reach into the lint vent if I need to retrieve some or give it a cleaning. I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence.
