Customers praise the product's performance, noting that it dries clothes effectively and efficiently, even bulky items. The compact size is ideal for small spaces, and the reversible door adds convenience. Reviewers also appreciate the quiet operation and the various features available. However, some users have noted that it takes longer to dry than traditional vented dryers and that the unit can emit heat into the room. There are also mentions of a strong odor from the dryer, though it is noted that the dryer itself works well.
