No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. A manual override flush button is present when needed. The piston and solenoid mechanism, a marked improvement over traditional rubber diaphragm-type valves, maintains consistent flush volume under a range of supply pressures. The valve is ADA-compliant. This flushometer valve is for use with toilets that have 1-1/2 inch top spud inlets. Included: 1-inch angle stop and vacuum breaker set for top spud toilets.
