The medallion arrived on time and was well-packaged, arriving in good condition. Overall, it looks nice and should work well for my project. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that some of the edges are a bit rough and will need a little sanding before installation. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the purchase.. Pediments are the portion of the trim that is located above the pilasters, which are the column-like frames on the sides of windows and doors. Directly below the pediments though, between the pediment and the pilasters, is a crosshead or breastboard. The crosshead is the flatter, protruding section directly above the door. Pediments can be purchased by themselves or can come with a crosshead already attached. These Pediments are manufactured out of high-density urethane, which is made to resemble wood without the maintenance required by wood products. Urethane products are resistant to cracking, splitting, and rotting. They are usually less expensive than wood alternatives.

Crown moulding adds a beautiful finish to elegant rooms. To get this look you would simply hire a professional to figure out and install all of the complicated miter cuts. This made the cost of crown moulding more expensive as this method can be labor intensive. Not anymore. Our moulded inside and outside corners make installation a breeze. The best part is you can make your own shapes and sizes by simply cutting the moulding piece down to size, and then butting them up to the decorative corners. These are also commonly used for an inexpensive wainscot look.
