I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Great light, perfect brightness, love the tunability, and easy to install. While I appreciate that the light bars/tubes are inserted into the main fixture body for ease of installation, I think this creates the lights' only flaw. The light tubes is a loose fit into the main fixture. There is nothing securing and holding the bar out of place. I was rotating the bar to set the perfect angle and it would come out of the fixture. When it comes out of the fixture it resets the colour temperature to 6000K or it turns off completely, so you kinda have to set it in place, secure it into the fixture, and then adjust the colour temperature. It's a bit finnicky but once its set its perfect. If you plan to adjust the angle often for task lighting it may be a nuisance. Lu. Toronto. Sun May 10 2026

We are very happy with this light. Simple and sleek. It is enough brightness and with the light shining up and down, it seems to not cast any shadows. Really warms the room up great.
