This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. Over 4 months with 8 cooks on it. Live in the southern states. Assembly was easy and manageable for one person. 20 degree difference left to right. The PID controller is excellent, maintaining 5 degree swings from set temperature. Probes are accurate from where they are placed. Wheel locks work well. LOVE the pull out shelves. The only negative is the WIFI and app. WiFi signal drops intermittently and the app will lock up on popular cookout holidays/days. This can be a real bummer if you are trying to rely on it..
