One of the main reasons I chose this spa was the double lounger layout, which is hard to find at this price point. The overall build and finish look solid, and it has a clean, modern appearance that fits nicely with our setup. The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement.
