This is my second one. My first one got so corroded from the very hard water here that I just couldn’t use it any longer. Was going to go with a less expensive one but you get what you pay for. So far so good. This replaced our old toaster oven and an air fryer which was always on the counter because our kids use it every day. This is getting a workout too. The air fryer basket and the catch pan under it are very easy to clean. It doesn't have presets like our other air fryer but it doesn't take much effort to look up temps and times and I like the dials instead of a touch pad which can go wonky on you when its components wear out. I haven't baked or broiled in it yet so can't give a review about those functions. I know it will come in handy this Thanksgiving when there's so many dishes that need an oven. Edit: Found that the fan doesn't work with the convection oven setting but otherwise it's working well. I don't use it as a convection oven anyway so it isn't a big deal to me.. Julie. US. I was planning to use it for camping and it says it should not be used outdoors, so good to know. So far I'm really enjoy the Chefspot. I've only had a chance to take it to work twice, but it's very nice to be able to just plug it in a half hour or so before I would like a hot lunch and be able to eat at my desk quickly and without a mess or a lot of fuss. I have not figured out what you're supposed to do with the handle (I just shove it down in the carrier but there's not a lot of room for it, and it would be nice to have a longer cord to plug it in (I have to put it on the floor in order to plug it in. Also, it seems better suited for soup or something that doesn't need to be cut with a knife and fork - there's not much room for maneuvering within the bowl and it only comes with a small spoon and fork (but those are super cute and really nice to have and come in their own little case). I have not tried plugging in the lunch box in the car and don't know that I will have much of a reason to in the future, but it's nice that it's an option. All in all, a really nice thing to have..
