I’ve been using this iron for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly made ironing way less annoying. The soleplate glides really smoothly, even over thicker fabrics like jeans, and it doesn’t snag or stick. It heats up pretty fast, which is great when I’m in a rush. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. My husband did some work and made the closet into a space for stackable washer and dryer. The only company that made the dryers and washer in a size that would fit in that closet is Bosch. The dryer has timed dry plus sensed dry plus permanent press plus heavy plus towels. It is more than a wonderful dryer. If it hadn't been for Bosch, I would not be able to do my laundry as we have three flights of stairs in our home. This is our third purchase of a Bosch appliance and we absolutely love them.. Harvey. I was looking for a good iron that wouldn't break the bank. This iron is it. I absolutely love the retractable chord. My irons in the past have eventually ended up leaving black flecks on the clothes when using the steam function but this iron hasn't done that yet. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. However, it doesn't easily suck up thing like Cheerios and chocolate chips that my toddler leave behind. That part is frustrating. I still need a broom to pick up larger items.. Douglas.
