This was delivered well packed with no damage to the product. All hardware was included. I need to note there is not a plate included with this although the instructions include installment for one. I was able to use the one I had though. Otherwise this is definitely a heavy duty faucet that will last forever. Very sturdy . The pull down and spray is awesome.
