It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. Ordered the chrome jets and they look great. Unfortunately my plumber would not recommend installing them as he has had issues with leakage after. Maybe a different plumber would install. We installed the first of 2 of these tubs about a month ago. The big issue is how much water you have to have to stop the lumbar jets from spraying into my hair and all over the wall. I feel like I have to be in the ready position and maneuver to get the jets turned on so we don’t have a huge mess. I don’t water the water so deep but I have no choice. I’m looking for a way to suppress those top jets and can’t find one. Also, I’m having a heck of a time finding a realistic detailed owners manual. Something that goes into detail with how to operate all the features. We also had the bottom air come on while the tub was not in use. This was our first purchase for our bathroom remodel and I was a bit nervous ordering a tub online. I sat in some the same size on showroom floors and decided it was a good size. The tub was packed very well, arrived quickly and I recently took a bath in it, even though our bathroom is not yet finished. It's a great tub!
