We refer to our flat files cabinet as the "big picture files.". In a previous life I had the occasion to look at many large maps found at several near-by college libraries with flat filing systems. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. Cabinet was easy to assemble and feels sturdy. It is a great size for my space and fits my Canon GX6120 printer perfectly. Drawers open and close easily, but not so easily that they open on their own. I have this in a room with carpeting and have no issues opening the bottom drawer which has a wheel in the front middle..
