The chair didn't work out for me, but I may be too bony for it. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Instructions on operating the chair are not good. Lot of fumbling around. I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together.
