Love this pressure cooker! I've been using an aluminum PC for years, but recently changed to an induction cooktopand needed an induction compatible PC. It's easy to close the lid securely, to tell when pressure has been achieved, and to quick release the pressure. Yes, it's expensive, but I'll have it the rest of my life and pass it on when I die. I have had this crockpot for a while now and I do not like it at all. It has a hit spot that I thought was just my fault in some way so I have persevered and tried different recipes but everything seems to cook to fast and I am not sure I want to still use it.
