I really like this sofa. I got royal blue and it really looks great on my deck. It was packaged great and only took about 30 minutes for 2 people to assemble (the only reason you need 2 people is so one can hold pieces while the other screws them in). All the holes lined up and the parts were perfect. I really wanted a high-backed sofa so I could have my neck supported and doze more easily - and they perfectly fits the bill. I only have 2 minor issues. As another reviewer said, the fabric is scratchy. Now, it's waterproof so It's not going to be super soft but I didn't like the way it felt on my bare arms. It's also hot, which I attribute to the waterproof nature negatively affecting breathability. But, it holds the heat of the day for quite a while after the sun has set. I found the cushions to be thick, firm, and very nice otherwise. But I could slightly feel a vertical bar behind my end/back cushion and it bothers me every now and then. I am a large person but not heavier than the weight capacity of the sofa (by far) so I don't know if my discomfort had to do with my size. I did not purchase the Carolina ottomans - the ones you see in the photos are by the same company but are called Gaetanino Wicker Outdoor Ottoman - I love them. I recommend this sofa!. Lisa. Around year five we added some extra screws to the table base, but this was probably only needed due to disassembling and reassembling the table multiple times. 5-Piece Ranch Style Dining Set With Oak Top Table & Ladder Back Chairs

The issue is the table arrived damaged, 2 chairs were damaged and one chair back had 2 legs not even the same height so it wobbles. When I contacted customer to send replacement parts I was told the would send a whole new table and chairs if I packaged up the damaged one and sent it back. I explained that the box has been recycled and there is no box big enough to pack it back up. Secondly, the whole weighed about 150lbs. There was no way I would be able to lift that to take it somewhere to be shipped back. So, it makes sense to me that I now am able to use 2 out of 4 chairs and the table has some damage a 50% refund should have been offered...I mean I can only use 50% of the set. Nope they only offered 30% refund. I find it hard to believe this company can't afford the 20% difference or to just send replacement parts which would have been the best customer service step to take.. Oshannah. Oregon City, OR.
