I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction. Beyond that, everything is customizable — with the option to add up to 12 water outlets, plus steam enhancements.

We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. Overall this is a very nicely built unit. Heavy duty, all metal construction in the body, spring, and sprayer handle. The on-off handle is easy to use and adjust, and operates smoothly. The hardware and hoses included seem to be nice quality, although I hate when companies use metric on one end (the faucet end) and SAE on the other end (the water line hookup). My only critiques are the following: The sprayer button was NOT intuitive and while it appears to push IN, flicks up/down to change between sprayer modes. The other is that the spring is extremely stiff and therefore doesn't allow the nozzle to go much lower than the holder. The image of the brushed stainless makes the faucet appear much darker than it really is. The photo I posted is of the brushed finish in an IKEA DOMSJO double basin sink. You will also notice the handle is at a 45° angle. I had to install this way because at full-cold the handle hit my backsplash. The faucet is beautiful although the color is a bit off and I hope it cleans up nicely and the finish does not rub away. I’m going to have to be very careful. We have a similar faucet in our other house so I’m expecting this to be top quality having good pressure and a smooth quiet flow. This massive system unfortunately will not even fit in this house without replacing the cabinetry, counter and sink. We are though moving back to our other house in a month and will be definitely installing this.
