great looking chairs.. However they are not perfect. dings and dents on brand new chairs. Wanted a replacement on one part (just one item needed replacement) that was damaged. They could only give me a 20% discount, OR I would need to return my item for a replacement. I'm sorry trying to repack and then get a very large box shipped back, a big inconvenience.
