The Natural Choice collection is an eco-friendly alternative to traditional 3/4 in. solid hardwood floors and is proudly made by Bruce in Beverly, West Virginia. Unlike most factory-finished hardwood floors which have a bevel along the upper edges and ends of the floor, the Natural Choice 5/16 in. thick solid product from Bruce features a Square-edge, Square-end profile. And, because these floors come in the low-profile 5/16 in. thick format, they can be installed using either a staple-down or glue-down method and don't dramatically increase the height of your finished floors. This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo). A durable multi-layered construction that is built to last. A low gloss sheen gives this product a natural look and feel. Tongue and groove allow for ease of installation and stability.

This is very good quality oak threshold, long enough for 2 standard doors, I believe. It was a really good price. The only problem is that it is the orangey honey oak color from the 80's. There were about five different finishes, but every single one was pictured with exactly the same color. So you could not choose the finish you actually needed.
