Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Was nervous about this purchase but I love it. It looks so pretty. I think I surprised my contractor though because of the two showerheads and the handheld all located on one wall.
