My three kiddos are super excited about their new bunkbed! It took my husband, son, and I three hours to put it together but the pictures in the directions were straight forward. We did have to take two parts apart and reassemble them as I missed the direction they had to be facing in order to attach pieces in later steps. I put a soft bath math with a grippy bottom at the foot of the ladder and tucked it under the mattresses on either side to prevent direct falls onto the lower bedframes. The storage space on the top bunk is great for storing a good amount of toys and stuffed animals; the storage drawers between the beds on the bottom are nice for smaller items. Took about 4 hours to assemble. We didn’t do the rock wall or hanging rings because this beds for our toddler boys and they’re too young for those features yet. It’s super sturdy, made mostly of iron with some wood accents. Slide and rock wall are wood. It’s honestly great quality. We used “Purple” brand memory foam twin mattresses which don’t fit as well as the small futon mattresses in the product photos but they fit, just not a ton of room for tucking in sheets and comforter.
