Pretty straight forward and easy to install. My husband (who isn't too handy) was able to do it himself. It is very heavy so two people may be needed since it's 110lbs. They are indeed very very heavy and arrived in two different packages which was only annoying b/c then I had to get people twice to bring them in, versus just once but two trips at the same time. I just thought that part was odd. They haven't been installed yet so I need to update my review once that happens.
