Many reviewers highlight the good quality and durability of the material, with the color options being well-received and coordinating nicely with other fixtures. However, a significant number of customers express disappointment that the towel ring is stationary and does not pivot, which can make hanging towels difficult. Some also mention that the product feels a bit lightweight.
