Designed by Riccardo Delisi, the Caffetteria con Cuore e Stelle (coffee pot with heart and stars) is an enchanting work of art and design that celebrates one of the most brilliant examples of a poetic attitude to design. It is the reproduction of one of the over two hundred prototypes created by Dalisi during the design process that led to the production of his Neapolitan coffeepot in the 1970s, each one different from the last, and gradually more and more expressive to the point of losing any functional appearance and becoming pieces of art.

A revolutionary Moka that combines the technology developed by illycaffè and the design experience of Alessi. Designed by Michele de Lucchi, Pulcina encapsulates a small but substantial design innovation that stops dispensing the drink at the right time before the coffee gets a bitter aftertaste. This helps to enhance the full and rich aroma of this drink. The spout, which recalls a chick's beak (hence the name of the coffee maker) allows it to perfectly stop the drop.

With its garage-inspired design, the Conversational Objects 16-piece cutlery set and cutlery holder are meant to encourage conversation and conviviality at the dining table. This collection was Alessi's only model of cutlery. Despite the grim prospects forwarded by those in the sector, the collection proves that its innovative shape and resolute style, along with extreme manageability and an excellent finish, can weather the storm. Kristiina Lassus was born in Helsinki in 1966, she studied at the University of Industrial Arts, at the Polytechnic, and at the Konstfack Academy of Industrial Arts in Stockholm. She worked as an interior architect, designer, and design manager in Helsinki, Brisbane, and Milan. She has lived in Italy since 1997 and now works as a designer and advisor.

This fork is suppose to be used for spaghetti but I end up reaching for it for other dishes also. I wish it had an extra inch added to the handle so it would be more balanced. It is very top heavy and doesnt balance well on the side of the bowl, so it falls in. We have had it for a few months and no chipping of the plating, it still looks in good condition.. Pablo. The pepper castor has been in the Alessi catalog since 1978 and belongs to the historical production. Ettore Sottsass, internationally recognized as one of the initiators of the revolution in design has conceived this salt castor that has become a classic, a true archetype of the restaurant industry and private service, an "essential" object, with its proportions, lightness, and function.

Philippe Starck's iconic juicer is presented here to the public in its original version. Realized in a limited edition of 999 copies, Juicy Salif Studio No.3 is a new version that reproduces one of the prototypes made, whose firm sculptural form, which has always been the appeal of this enigmatic object, is enhanced by the bronze used to make it.

Marcel Wanders gives this corkscrew the form of a lively, jumping jester bedecked in a multicolored diamond costume. Produced in the Alessi factory in Crusinallo di Omegna, this is an object sculpture to be collected, dedicated to true connoisseurs of the applied arts.

In designing this cutlery, we paid great attention to detail, so that each component of the service is easy to hold and pleasant to hold because using the right tools fusion will make the taste of delicious food richer.

Born in La Spezia in 1954, Stefano as an architect and designer was taught by Buti at Florence University. In the early 80’s he founded the King-Kong production group along with Guido Venturini. A technical designer par excellence he has industrial design in his DNA and the capacity to understand public sentiment like no other designer mentioned in this catalog. His projects began with the Girotondo (1989 designed by Guido Venturini) and the first transparent objects in plastic from the family follows fiction series (1993). There is a huge number of his items in the Officina Alessi, Alessi, and a di Alessi catalogs.

Valerio Sommella, born in 1980 and graduated cum laude from the Politecnico of Milan in 2004, began his design career working with Stefano Giovannoni. In 2007 he moved to Amsterdam where he joined Marcel Wanders’ team. Since 2009, when he settled down in Milan and opened his design studio, he has designed products in different fields, from furniture to consumer electronic goods and lighting both for Italian and international clients. He alternates this activity by teaching at some Italian universities and design schools.

This Santiago 18/10 stainless steel dinner knife, has a mirror-polished finish, designed by the English architect David Chipperfield. Attention to 'continuity of form' makes the grip appear soft in style yet the overall design is startling, despite its apparent simplicity.

I have a lot of parties and somehow have ended up with little to no forks so I was very happy to see that there just forks available. These forks are super nice, heavy weight, unique looking.
