Have not assembled the grill yet am waiting until we get to yhe lake but in the past we have have not had any issues with the assembly, parts or quality. This is a fantastic beverage cooler. Assembly consisted of putting in the shelves and screwing on the handles. Pretty straight forward. You can stack wine in two deep so this holds more wine than it appears. What I love (and this is super important) is you can barely hear that it is running.
