This is my second Bcanhome smart bidet and I absolutely love it! I originally bought one at my home in Arizona and realized how much I would miss it when I was at my Wisconsin house, so I ordered another one and it arrived within a day. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it.
