First of all, the order was significantly delayed so it wasnt here in the delivery window so I had to have the contractor come back out the following week. Secondly, they said they delivered to a safe and dry location but they left it in the yard and it had a pool of water on it because it was raining. And the crate was slightly broken. That said, all the parts were there and the glass is nice! It has great seels on the outside and between he stationary glass and the door. I cant guarantee how it will hold up but it heavy and pretty and tall. So far, Im in love. Delivery and shipment were not the greatest though but so glad it stayed in one piece inspite if it.. Kelly. Great Product! Highly Recommend! Price fluctuates on this, but I got it on sale for around $48. I wanted to get the 8 spray model S-2251, but it costs over $100 for 2 more spray heads. So I got this and took off the restrictor (search you tube) and I have the lever set in the middle where it sprays nice thick hot water and gives me a good massage. I think I spend less time in the shower because there's more water to clean all the soap off. Try it with the restrictor and with the black rubber off, and without the whole restrictor.
