I know the measurements are clear in the description, but this cat tree is massive! Bought it for our bedroom and decided to move the cat trees around and keep this cat tree downstairs and we all love it and all 4 of our cats will lounge in it together and there’s plenty of space so there are no fights over cats taking each others’ spots. I bought this replacing another cat tree with the same amount of perches, but this cat tree is more spacious and allows the cats to maneuver easily to not disturb other cats that are sleeping on the tree. This is Eddie's favorite cat tree. Bought several others and he didn't love them. This one is well built and he loves the platforms as alternate sleeping locations and the fact that is has lots of scratching posts. This cat tree is wonderful! The box was heavy! It was so easy to assemble. It’s very sturdy, I’ve had it for almost three years and it is so stable even with two “kittens” who are now over a year old (and very hardy eaters) chasing each other up and down it. I have no concerns about it falling over at all. The best part is NO CARPET! I hate carpet on cat trees, it gets so gross and I always ended up throwing them away after a year! This is a nice, tall cat tree with a lot of different places for cats to climb, scratch, and lounge. At over 70 inches tall, it gives cats a great vertical space to explore. The many perches make it easy for them to move up and down the tower. My cat is a large, 16-pound boy with a pretty big frame, so I was initially concerned that the enclosed condos might be too small for him. But he was able to get into both of them comfortably and clearly enjoys having the cozy hideaways. The openings looked small at first glance, but they work fine even for a bigger cat. The structure feels sturdy and stable once assembled, and the sisal-covered posts and ramp give plenty of scratching surfaces. The gray covering is more like a soft blanket than carpet and looks nice in the room. My box didn’t come with printed assembly instructions. I was able to pull up the product photo online and use that as a guide, and the pieces were straightforward enough that it wasn’t difficult to figure out.
