It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. Just because it’s easy doesn’t make a job well done any less special. The drop-in Jackson Fireclay kitchen sink offers an easy DIY installation with high-end beauty. But it also offers function: the large single bowl ensures maximum workspace for cleaning bulky or oversized dishes. Our ultra-durable and dense fireclay is fired up to 2100°F and protected with our proprietary finish that safeguards and adds strength.

An attractive sink at a good price. This is a fireclay sink, which means it is fired at a lower temperature than a porcelain sink, but at a higher temperature than a ceramic sink. Higher temps increase hardness and durability. This becomes apparent as this sink will stain if left soiled overnight, unlike a porcelain sink which you can rinse and wipe clean. It is not a big deal as it does come clean with some bleach cleaner and a sponge. I am happy overall. Note: I bought a sturdy stainless steel sink grid, not included, to protect the bottom from nicks and scratches (~$50), which I recommend. Can be used as a trivet or a cooling rack as well.. I love my Nanobond 3.5qt essential pan; it cooks like a dream. That said, I think even this size pan would’ve benefited from a helper handle. Our new range was just delivered and installed. The burners will not auto ignite. We have been without a range that has a working oven for several months so the new unit is a welcome pleasure. This 32 inch prep station sink with offset drain includes a bottom grid, colander, and roll-up-mat to provide you the most efficient experience possible. This small-radius sink (SR) is designed with  different tiered levels at its edges which allows kitchen tasks to be completed at the optimal height with the most efficiency. Functional accessories fit on the ledges to customize the workspace to the specific use and their task. The drain is side set and can be installed so it is on the left or right side of the sink. The colander can be used to help hold, wash and rinse utensils or produce. The included stainless steel roll up mat lets you air dry glassware or can be placed on the countertop as a trivet.  The bottom grid with rubber feet protect the basin’s shine. The deep, large single bowl allows plenty of space to soak and clean large cookware and bakeware.
