I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. Great quality and love the simple design. I didn't use this on a door that was made for a dummy handle, it was a working handle before. While this fountain is easy to assemble, multiple people are required for the assembly due to the weight of the fountain components. This fountain produces a cascading sound that can be heard from a distance, even with moderate traffic, and a heavy amount of splash. This fountain has heavy components and may require lifting assistance.

I called Wayfair/perigold and they could not get me the piece. I wanted it to match the gold color of the faucet. I finally called ROHL, they can't sell it to me but told me wayfair should be able to put it on a purchase order SHC-1IB. Oh NO, NO WAY. They were unable to help me at all, nor could they direct me to any place that might be able to get this piece. By sheer luck I found a retail store STUDIO 41. They had one in STOCK and sent it the next day. How can you sell a $1800 faucet and provide no customer service. Bad wayfair. Yeah! studio 41. This is a full size faucet - the title made me worried it was small since it was labeled for a camper or laundry but it's normal size. It's also pretty great! First, my plumber actually complemented me on it, said he was prepared to hate it as he does most of the sensor faucets but he really likes it, it was an easy enough install with ok instructions and it actually does what it says it will, the sensor works well for turning on and off and it does display the water temperature. Very powerful water flow. Fills up my large soaking tub in about 5 minutes. Cleans up nicely. Very sturdy. Spout rotates which is a nice feature. Wand can leak out a little water if shaken for a minute after turning off water but this hasn't been an issue.
