thermostatic shower system that controls water flow, water temperature, and water pressure

This shower set looked really nice in the pictures, However when it was delivered, I did not get a chance to install it in my basement bathroom until more recently and it appeared that the face plate for the knob was off by a full quarter inch from the actual control valve and therefore I was unable to install it. I called Wayfare and they said that since it’s been a year since I bought the item that I was in eligible to have a replacement or get my money back. I called the company and spoke to someone that said that they could send out a replacement custom and I would have to measure myself the distance between each knob and to send them a picture and they would make a custom faceplate but it will take two months turnover because their company in China was on holiday for a whole month! I’m gonna wind up replacing the whole shower system because frankly I lost all confidence in this company and I do not want to use their shower system because I’m afraid something else will go wrong. This is cheap quality. STAY AWAY from this company! Frankly, I am disappointed in Wayfair for having these type of companies on their website. We purchased these for our sink that had a 1.5 inch drain size, and it's hard to find ones that are compatible. Our plumber installed one and found that it was extremely difficult to find a compatible tail pipe as this drain DOES NOT come with a tail pipe, which is in the description of the item. Further, once we removed the item after testing the pop-up capability with water once, the internal components had already started rusting. We decided that these would not work because of the tail pipe issue, but I'm glad we noticed the rusting immediately as well.. Lauren. CO. Thu Aug 31 2023
