I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. Easy to assemble with two people. Seems nice and sturdy. Only one cook on it so far, but nice and easy cleanup. Good to have a place for paper towels, trash bag and utensils at the ready.
